Mommy Song

I met Annette in Giddings to pick up Dax. He was so funny telling me all the stories from the weekend. Annette told me that last night he was crying for me and that this morning he met Annette with his sleeping bag strapped to his back and his Keesh and said, "I'm ready to go meet Mommy!" Awww.

When we got home, Dax wanted to sing a song to Link. Here it is:
Mom-my is so great!
Yes, she is!
She is spec-ial to me!

Talk about warming your heart! Wow! That definitely makes up for his kicking the back of the seat on the ride home. :)

Dax at Aunt Kay's

Dax is spending the weekend with Aunt Kay. He's really enjoying his time there with her and the boys. Today, Chance got in the hot tub with him. Dax is getting more and more brave about swimming. His official swim lessons start in a few weeks, but thanks to the Grays, he will be more than ready.

Dax spent the weekend at Aunt Kay's and attended Chance's track meet. He had a blast.

Today we welcomed Link Edger DeRouen into our family. We love him so much! What a blessing he is!
